Pablo brings over 12 years of experience as a New York State Licensed Home Inspector and is certified in Building Performance Institute (BPI) building science and LEED sustainability. Pablo oversees every inspection project, ensuring rigorous standards and direct communication with clients. His background includes residential energy retrofits, air sealing, insulation, and healthy home assessments, so clients receive actionable solutions to improve comfort, safety, and indoor air quality.

Hugo Brun-Pantoja - Technical Lead, NYS Engineer in Training, Certified Building Analyst, Energy Retrofit Expert

Hugo specializes in designing and implementing energy efficiency upgrades for homes, including HVAC optimization, insulation, and envelope retrofits. With dual master’s degrees and over 16 years’ experience, Hugo conducts technical energy modeling and system commissioning, helping clients unlock utility savings and qualify for green building incentives. He ensures every inspection consult is supported with precise technical analysis and future-ready recommendations.

Fabian Ayala - Sustainability Specialist, Certified Energy Manager (CEM), LEED Green Associate, NABCEP PV

Fabian manages home energy assessments and oversees installation of energy-efficient systems, bringing a decade of hands-on leadership to every client engagement. He holds advanced certifications in energy management, building commissioning (BCxP), measurement and verification (CMVP), and solar PV systems. Fabian’s streamlined approach reduces project initiation times and helps clients access rebates while improving their homes’ efficiency and sustainability.
